and makes tracking customers, products, invoices and accounts quick and easy!

   

TymeTrax Side Office Features:

  • Includes all the features of TymeTrax CRM, plus additional fields for discount and commission rates

  • Manages your products as simply or comprehensively as you want to; user-configurable for each database:

  • Supports multiple Product Catalog options

    • Services - for non-product sales

    • Products - for Products that you build; if you have the Inventory module, you can link products to update Inventory when sold.

    • Consigned Products - for Products from other people that you sell on consignment rates. 

    • Track products "In" and "Out" to identify availability

  • Stores all product information in the database and prints Product Sheets, Price Lists, full Catalogs... You may NEVER print a paper catalog again!

  • Setup multiple Price Books which allow you to changes prices on-the-fly on any order without changing your Product Catalog.

  • Simple Sales Orders (Invoices)... batch print or email Invoices and Statements

  • Link Sales to Accounts & Ledgers for one-point data entry

  • The Cash Register / Point-of-Sale (POS) add-on lets you use Side Office on your sales counter or at flea markets, craft shows, etc., with Security settings to keep users out of the rest of the application.

  • Accounts & Ledgers can be setup to store checkbook registers or used as a simple Chart of Accounts.

  • Scan receipts to each Account entry for a complete set of records.  All attachments are stored in the database for simple backup.

  • Expense Reports track travel expenses by Company, Activity, Location and Purpose and can be linked to Accounts & Ledgers for easy reference.

  • Add-ons (Payroll and the Sales Cash Register are integrated with the Accounts & Ledgers for automatic updates.

Payroll & Time Reporting Easy payroll functionality, includes time cards and all reports you need to track payroll expenses and taxes; download federal and state tax tables FREE from our support site each year
Cash Register Interface that lets you use your computer as a Point of Sale register. Security locks out access to any other part of Side Office. Data entry by mouse/keyboard or can be used with touch screen monitor.
Document Manager CRM includes file attachment support, but if your business needs to track e-documents with more features, add our full Document Manager System on an extra tab.
SQL Server Support Full support (with minimum administration) for SQL Server 2005/2008 or SQL Server Express 2005/2008 (not included).
Multiple User Support Setup users in different roles, which limit each user to what they can see or edit in the system. Users can create local replicas for working offline, then replicate data back to the shared database when reconnected to the office network.
Remote User Support Requires Multiple User support, but can be used with Access or SQL databases. Includes Replicator Server console (requires separate license) and Remote Administration utilities for setting up and removing remote users who will NOT be connected to your company network.
