The Policies page manages all insurance policy information for each Company or Contact.
Overview The Policies tab stores insurance policy information for each customer. Click on the "New" button on the toolbar to open the Policy dialog to add a new entry, or double-click on an existing row in the Datagrid to edit it.
Custom Utilities Click the "Utilities" button on the Policy toolbar and choose "Update Next Renewal Dates" to start a utility that will look at all "Last Renewal" dates and update the "Next Renewal" date values based on the Renewal Periods. This utility runs on all Policy records in the database, and requires System Administrator access.
Renewal Periods Renewal Periods describe how often the client's insurance package is renewable. To setup the name of the Renewal Period and the duration of it, click on the Renewal Periods tab in the CRM Department. For details, click here.
