Updating New Renewal Dates based on the Renewal Period

When you change the "Last Renewal" date or the "Renewal Period", the "Next Renewal" date value is automatically updated based on the Renewal Period.  Be sure to click "Save & Close" to save your changes.

To update ALL "Next Renewal" dates for ALL policies in the database, click the "Utilities" button on the Policy DataGrid toolbar and choose "Update Next Renewal Dates".  The utility that will look at all "Last Renewal" dates and update the "Next Renewal" date values based on the Renewal Periods and runs on all Policy records in the database.  This option is only available if you are a System Administrator.
