The Appointments Reminder pops up daily with YOUR appointments so you get where you need to go on time.
The Appointments List Reminder If your application uses the Appointment Calendar, you can automatically have YOUR appointments displayed to you in a list each time you start up by checking this option. You can also launch your daily appointments by clicking the 'Show List' button on the Home/Utilities page or the Appointment Calendar toolbar. The Appointments List shows ONLY future appointments... for example, if you open it in the afternoon, all morning appointments will not be displayed.
On the Home/Basics tab in the Utilities section, you can choose an option to show the Appointments List which opens automatically each time you log in to show YOUR appointments for the current day only. This popup dialog displays the time and description of each appointment and floats on top of all of your other windows. You can double-click on an appointment to open it, or click the 'Calendar' link to open or show the entire Appointment Calendar. Hold your mouse down over the 4-pointed arrow in the upper left corner of the Reminder to move the dialog to another position on your desktop. This dialog, like all others in the system, is "sticky" in that it will remember where you put and open it there automatically the next time its displayed.
Which appointments are in the list? Any appointment with YOUR name in the Attendees field or any that you are the last editor on for the current day.
