Using Microsoft Streets & Trips with Company Information

Use the filtering features on the Company form to find just the places you need to visit, then export them to Streets & Trips to build an instant map.

 

Overview
The Microsoft Streets & Trips application is used for creating maps and pinpoints of specific address locations. You will need to have version 2008, 2009 or 2010 installed on your computer to take advantage of this feature.

Searching for the Addresses You Want
Click here to view the Navigator help topic to learn how to filter all of your Company data down to a specific list based on any of the field values already entered.

Exporting To Streets & Trips
When you've got exactly the Companies you want to map in Microsoft Streets & Trips displayed in the Navigator, click the 'Export Data To Microsoft Streets & Trips' button and choose a location on your computer that's easy to find, as you'll need to select this file from within the Streets & Trips application.

After the data is exported, open Streets & Trips if it is not already open. Choose 'Data, Import Wizard' from the Streets & Trips main menu (Ctrl+I), then Browse to the exported file (.mdb) and select it. Click 'Finish' to import the data as pinpoints.
